We rise with the beautiful sound of the flute playing as we welcome the new day. We continue with a morning practice of asanas and pranayama – yogic exercises and breathing techniques that cleanse and energize the body and mind. At times, we
will experience the gift of Tai Chi Kung. There are gentle exercises that cultivate the healing energy within.
After our invigorating practice, we have our nutritious hearty breakfast and we sail to our new destination.
You may have a massage, read a book, or enjoy the sea breeze as you sail the historic Aegean Sea. Each person may have one massage free during the 7-day cruise.
Our second Yoga class will be in the evening. It will be a relaxing session, ending with a meditation as we watch the sun setting in the sea. The soothing sound of the flute will guide our minds to
